Faces of Hope Announces Expansion to Two Locations

Boise, Idaho - July 15 - Faces of Hope’s main location in Boise opened at its new site on Monday, July 15.  

Faces of Hope opened its Boise location on July 15 to support survivors. With the opening of the downtown Boise location, hope is closer than ever. The new Boise office, at 209 W Main Street in downtown Boise, will offer case management, legal support, access to emergency services, crisis counseling, support groups, The Diaper Bank, University of Idaho’s Family Justice Clinic, Hope’s Closet, and provide clients with essential items to meet their immediate needs. Faces of Hope offers immediate assistance at two locations – one in downtown Boise and one in Meridian. With two locations, services for victims are more accessible than ever before. In January 2024, Faces of Hope opened its Meridian location. The Meridian office provides access to counseling, case management, and legal support services for crisis victims escaping an abusive situation. Since opening in late January, Faces of Hope has helped victims from 33 different cities. Support services at Faces of Hope in Boise and Meridian are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Faces of Hope is a key resource for victims escaping abuse. Since 2019 (pre-covid), the number of clients Faces of Hopes helps has grown significantly. In 2023, Faces of Hope Foundation helped 39% more clients than in 2019. Since 2019, Faces of Hope Foundation added:

  • An in-house attorney to provide clients with legal support.
  • Case managers to help meet client’s tangible needs as they become empowered.

Faces of Hope Foundation remains committed to helping every victim in need of support. Faces of Hope recognizes that we help the most people when our services remain easy for all people to use. As the number of victims coming to Faces of Hope grows, it is essential Faces of Hope provides accessible services to someone working through crisis caused by abuse. Victims needing trauma-informed services simply can’t afford to travel a great distance. Their safety and well-being depend on immediate access to care along with tools that support recovery and a healthy, safe, empowered future. With 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men becoming a victim in their lifetime, the organization knows there are many who miss out on our services because they don’t know Faces of Hope is here, free, and has resources available immediately.Faces of Hope’s team includes advocates, case managers, crisis counselors, and an attorney who work together to provide help, hope, and healing to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, sex trafficking, child abuse, and stalking. The services Faces of Hope provides make a difference. A recent client shared, “It's okay to be afraid or nervous. It's okay to take your time. It's okay to feel lost, overwhelmed, confused, or unsure. Walking in (to Faces of Hope) is a huge step, you are doing big things. You are believed, you are allowed to feel supported and safe. These resources are for you. You are not selfish. Let them hold your hand as you find your way back to a whole you. You deserve to be your best self and to do what is needed to get there.”

We want every victim to know that hope is closer than you think.”
