We can't do this important work alone.
The Legacy of Hope Giving Society recognizes the generous and compassionate donors who have committed to making thoughtful future gifts to Faces of Hope to keep survivors of abuse safe.
Known as legacy gifts, planned gifts, deferred gifts, or estate gifts, these donations will make an enormous difference over the years, increasing Faces of Hope's ability to provide essential crisis services every day to individuals and families in need to start the healing journey and transform their lives.

Types of Planned Gifts
Gift in a Will (Bequest):
- What it is: This is when you decide to leave some money or property to Faces of Hope in your will. This means after you're no longer here, part of what you owned will help others.
- How to do it: You just write in your will that you want to leave a certain amount of money or maybe a piece of property like a house to Faces of Hope.
Beneficiary Designations:
- What it is: This is when you choose Faces of Hope to receive benefits from your retirement accounts (like an IRA or 401(k)), life insurance policies, or bank accounts after you're gone.
- How to do it: You can write in your will that you would like to leave a certain asset or amount of money to Faces of Hope. Consider adding language like this:
I give { ____ percent of my estate, or description of asset, or _________ dollars } to Faces of Hope, an Idaho nonprofit organization, PO Box 2867, Boise, ID 83701 (Tax ID: 20-4883532), to use where the need is greatest.
Charitable Trusts:
- What it is: This is a special place where you put your money or property. The trust holds it and uses it to help Faces of Hope over time. You can set it up so that Faces of Hope gets money for many years, maybe even forever.
- How to do it: You'll need help from a lawyer to set this up because it's a bit like creating a rule book for how your gift should be used.
